Undergraduate Research
As an undergraduate Computer Science student at UL Lafayette, you can get real, valuable research experience, which makes you stand out when you’re applying for jobs or graduate school. Undergraduate research will enrich your learning experience by making it more fun and interesting. You will learn to publish, present, and perform at a professional level, building the best version of yourself and gaining marketable skills for your future. As part of this research experience, you can work alongside nationally and internationally recognized faculty to discover and create something new. Having research experience means you understand how to solve problems with creativity. The university also organizes an annual undergraduate research conference to promote undergraduate research.
